What kind of events are hosted at TecoloteSA?

We love hosting private events, including but not limited to, birthday parties, reunions, baby showers, and more. We are also perfectly setup for non-profit/small business/corporate events, including but not limited to, fundraisers, lunch and learns, employee appreciation happy hour, etc. Call or email us today to get your next event reserved!

How much should I be expecting to pay for my event at TecoloteSA?

Our two most popular offerings start as low as $60/hr for event for 30 guest max or $120/hr for 60 guest max (2-hour minimum). Download our pricing menu for more details

Is TecoloteSA open to the public?

Yes, and it is FREE during public hours! Our hours of operation are listed at the bottom of the website. Just be sure to sign in when you get here and you’ll be all set! We invite everyone to come check out our Butterfly Garden with a specially designed Meditation Station, Community Garden, Barrel Barn that is a great space to come for a picnic, peaceful place to relax/meditate, or just simply hangout.

I want to have a film or photo session inside the Hacienda, is this allowed?

Yes, this can be arranged! Contact us for more details. If you’re just looking for majestic outdoor space to shoot anyone and everyone is welcome during public hours.

How many guests can TecoloteSA host?

For indoor space we can accommodate up to 40 people and 100 people outside.

How do I make a reservation?
Download, fill out, and send the event reservation form to inquiries@tecolotesa.com We will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours to confirm the details. Once details are confirmed we need a minimum of 50% of the sales price paid to reserve the date.
Is my deposit refundable?
Our deposit refund policy is the following: 60 days’ notice prior to reservation date – 100% refundable, 45 days’ notice prior to reservation date – 75% refundable, 30 days’ notice prior to reservation date – 50% refundable, less than 30 days’ notice 0% refundable.
We want to bring our own stuff (food, music, decorations, etc.), is this allowed?
Yes! Our business model is flexible for groups that want to B.Y.O.Everything. We do need to know if you plan to have alcohol as that requires a security guard, but yes.
We want to just show up and everything already be at the event for us, is this allowed?
Yes! We can work with you to find out what you want at the event and take off the worrisome burden of organizing an event that is meant to bring you joy!!
What is your bad weather policy?
Our terrain, infrastructure, and equipment allow us to be weather resistant. With that said, we all know mother nature has plans of her own sometimes. In the event of unforeseen extreme weather circumstances, we will work with you on rescheduling a date.
